Initiator & Partner in Implementation and Execution
We develop the business plan and financing strategy, structure the transaction and secure appropriate financing partners for the project. Thanks to our many years of experience and extensive network, we are able to develop projects in the fields of renewable energies, infrastructure, agriculture and real estate. We develop financing options with institutional or qualified investors in combination with banks and insurance companies. In doing so, we develop financing solutions with export credit agencies (ECA), financial institutions and multinational organisations. Since our inception, we have already implemented and financed numerous projects.
Fund Structuring
We specialise in structuring and implementing funds. We perform all tasks and functions in close cooperation with various specialised service providers. We act as initiator and partner for the entire implementation process. We are currently active as initiator for several European SICAV funds (SIF & RAIF). As investment advisors in operational business, we enable our partners to focus fully on their business model. With our many years of experience, we can provide you with optimal support for your project.
Investment advice
FOCUS ON SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENTS
In the operational phase of the fund, we assume the role of investment advisor. Finomics prepares the decision-making for investments based on the defined set of criteria and works with the AIFM to prepare the NAV ratios and customer-specific reporting for investors (quarterly report, etc.). In close cooperation with the auditor and AIFM, we support the preparation of the annual financial statements. We continuously update the documentation of the funds, as well as the contractual arrangements with all service providers and take care of investors, their inquiries and provide them with the latest information.
