Investment advice
In the operational phase of the fund, we assume the role of investment advisor. Finomics prepares the decision-making for investments based on the defined set of criteria and works with the AIFM to prepare the NAV ratios and customer-specific reporting for investors (quarterly report, etc.). In close cooperation with the auditor and AIFM, we support the preparation of the annual financial statements. We continuously update the documentation of the funds, as well as the contractual arrangements with all service providers and take care of investors, their inquiries and provide them with the latest information.

Project Financing
We develop the financing strategy, the business plan, carry out the transaction structuring and present your project to suitable investors. Thanks to our many years of experience, you benefit from our large network. Depending on the project area (real estate, energy, technology, agriculture, or infrastructure) we develop financing options with institutional or qualified investors in combination with banks and insurance companies. Financing solutions are developed with Export Credit Agencies (ECA), financial institutions and multinational organizations and performance guarantees are obtained.
